Kyārī is the seedbed — the small plot marked out within a field, watered and cut on its own short cycle, separate from the crop around it.

The Kyari trays are shallow and small, sized to a windowsill rather than a garden. They grow a pinch of green, cut as it is needed. What changes between them is the shape of the bed, and how much of it there is.
